Max M. Gatyas
I am currently Assistant Professor of Philosophy at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
I did my graduate work at the University of Cincinnati, where I completed a PhD in Philosophy and a MA in Experimental Psychology. I work primarily in moral psychology, with an emphasis on empathy and shared emotion. I also have interests in philosophy of cognitive science, ethics, feminist philosophy, philosophy of psychiatry, and philosophy of art. You can find links to my most recent work below:
